Tomás Ostiglia is the Executive Creative Director of LOLA MullenLowe Madrid.
Tomás was named the 3rd Best Creative Director in the World in the 2018 Cannes Report and is a renowned creative with more than 20 years of experience in building brands.
As Creative Director for Unilever’s Magnum Ice cream global account, he helped them grow to become a Billion Euro brand in addition to winning many CannesLions and Effies along the way.
Tomás is not afraid of change. Originally from Argentina, he’s moved back and forth between South America and Europe, rock n roll and advertising and he’s still at it today. He started his career in Ogilvy Buenos Aires. He then moved to Spain to join FCB/Tapsa where he became Executive Creative Director and later, at Arnold, as General Creative Director. In 2008 he returned to Argentina as Chief Creative Officer at Savaglio / TBWA, then created his own agency, OCG, before moving back to Spain to join LOLA MullenLowe in 2014.
Tomás has been responsible for award winning creative work for Magnum, Cornetto, Pescanova, Dove and Scrabble, while helping to build PG Tips, Lynx, AXE, Oumph! and Libero. While at LOLA, he helped lead the agency to win Agency of the Year at El Sol three times in five years and rank among the world’s Top 20 in Cannes.
He has served on the Cannes Lions Jury, London International jury, El Ojo de Iberoamerica and El Sol and he is a member of the MullenLowe Global creative council. He has won multiple awards at Cannes, Clios, Eurobest, D&AD, LIA, El Ojo and El Sol.

André Pedroso built his advertising career in Brazil. He started as a copywriter at DPZ agency and began to gain relevance within the industry as his work became recognised in the main national and international festivals.
He was twice elected the best creative director in the country by the ABP – Brazilian Advertising Association.
He has in his portfolio awards from the most important international advertising festivals such as Cannes Lions, LIA, Clio, EFFIE Brazil, EFFIE Colombia, EFFIE Latam, One Show and D&DA.
André has worked at different agencies, such as Y&R, Euro RSCG, DM9DDB, always focusing on the creative potential to generate new business and memorable campaigns for clients such as Johnson’s Baby, Unilever, ABInBev, Banco Itau, Nestlê, Movistar, among others.
In 2018 André moved to Colombia to be the CCO of the DDB Colombia Group where he was responsible for leading a team of over 100 creatives working for brands such as BBVA, ABInBev, Avianca Global and McDonald’s.
After one year he was named the best Creative Director in Colombia according to the Festival El Ojo. Currently, as CCO at MullenLowe Delta, André is responsible for the entire process of modernisation, qualification and digitalisation of the agency’s creative thinking.

Ela Gökkan Savcı started her advertising career in 1997 in Y&R, working with multinationals like Colgate Palmolive, Danone, BMW along with the largest local brands. After 8 years in Y&R, she moved to Rome to improve her Italian and live la vita italiana. After her return she began working at DDB becoming the Deputy GM of the newly founded creative hotshop, DDB&Co. During her 7 years there, her passion, creativity and firm belief in great ideas helped the agency be awarded third best agency in the world at the Cannes Lions Festival in 2009.
In 2011, Ela founded Panna, an independent creative agency and started working with local and global brands in response to her calling for entrepreneurship. Within a year Panna merged with MullenLowe Istanbul and Ela begun her role as CEO, leading the transformation of the agency into a hot, dynamic creative agency which everyone loved to work both in and with.
After her appointment, MullenLowe Istanbul quickly transformed its reputation by winning new business such as Turkish airlines and Siemens and exceeding client expectations. Under her leadership, the agency won its first Cannes Lions award in decades and many Grand Prix’s in both local and international awards. MullenLowe Istanbul’s Turkish Airlines commercial was ranked among the top 20 commercials of the World in 2015 by the Gunn Report. Ela was named amongst the top 10 female leaders of Turkey by Advertising Age in 2016 as a “Women to Watch” and a “Creative Leader”. Since 2016, Ela has been in the board of Directors of the Turkish Association of Advertising Agencies.

Since joining the advertising industry in 2003, Sheng Jin has honed his skills as an art director in some of Singapore renowned agencies, and now MullenLowe Singapore, where he is Executive Creative Director. He had worked on brands from different sectors – FMCG, fast foods, airlines, finance, retail, healthcare and electronics.
In 2005 Singapore Creative Circle Awards, Sheng Jin was named Best New Art Director and won multiple Best of Categories (Print, Radio and Outdoor) in various years. His meticulous craft also gained him a Grand Prix recognition in Print/Poster Craft in the 2015 Spikes Asia. A lot of his work has graced the pages of D&AD, Clio, and Communication Arts, Golds and other metals in One Show, New York Art Directors Club, Young Guns and AdFest.
Sheng Jin has also bagged multiple Cannes Lions, including four coveted Cannes Gold Lions – three of which are Singapore’s first golds in the Promo, Design and Heath & Wellness categories. He has been invited as jury member at Cannes Lions, LIAA and AdFest.
When Sheng Jin is not busy at work, he gives workshops to students and sharing with them invaluable tips and industry knowledge.

Frank joined MullenLowe U.S. as CEO in January 2024. Formerly a CCO, he has had a long, award-winning journey in the advertising world. Through hard work and creativity, he helped lead his teams from adversity and uncertainty to creating some of the industry’s best work, attracting world-class talent and high-profile brands to the agencies.
He has worked extensively with entertainment brands and franchises, including Netflix, Westworld, Game of Thrones, and Spotify, along with Gen Z–focused brands like Oreo. He has won a variety of Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Clios, ADCs, New York Festivals Awards, and Adweek Creative and Ad Age Creativity Awards throughout his career.
Over his career, Frank has moved across mediums and agencies, consistently creating cutting-edge work that received top honours at every place he worked. His ability to see possibilities where others may not and bring ideas to life with creative excellence has set him apart within the industry.
